Honour Your Sacred Space.

Find a tranquil place. Relax the Body,
Softly blow, without force, exhaling the air out of the lungs…
Welcome the Inspiration, that comes Naturally… then, let the air go….

Observe the air that entering the nostrils is fresh…
Now, the air that leaves the nostrils is warm…

Focus your attention on your breathing and as it begins to deepen…
Notice, any thought, that comes to your mind…
Let it go… like clouds, that pass through the Sky…
Follow the Breath a few instants… and… Close your eyes….

Namaste

A Sanskrit word meaning:
“ I honor in you the place where the entire Universe dwells, if you are in that place in you and I in me, we are one”.

The Sacred Space is a State of Consciousness.

The peaceful equilibrium or non–equilibrium, of our Consciousness Space, reflects itself, in the outside world.
Your relationship with the outside world, for example, walking through a city park, can give you an indication of what is happening in you. What would happen if we asked ourselves this question? What if I could not see this tomorrow? This would give you and indication, of the harmony experienced with the environment, or the uneasiness that you feel, within. To Live in Harmony with the Universe is possible. The choice is yours.

Free the pressure on yourself, others, the world…
Look, and if you catch the Sky, rest in there, even if it is gray, absorb the Sky and feel…

The Paths of Harmony

The Natural Gardening

Natural Gardening provides a welcome habitat for a diverse community or wild creatures, as well as an environment friendly collection of native vegetation. Your habitat garden can be a source of beauty and constant support to Life. The gardener, in this case, designs and chooses which trees, flowers, or water sources would attract, abundant wildlife. The information was well known to our ancestors. Ask, if still possible , to your grandfathers or great grand mothers, and many secrets will be revealed about Nature.

The Importance of Creating Harmony in The Environment.

The Natural garden is designed, worked and tended with care. Like the cares given to the natural garden, lets visualize our habitat, and lets observe the harmony of that place. How is it? The Ancient VEDA Wisdom is the basis for Hindi Religion. It considers very important to design, create and work in order to attract the Harmony of the Natural ELEMENTS, in our Habitat.

The Sacred Space of the Body

Ayurveda and Yoga are two of the Vedic Sciences, that helps us to care for the Health and Harmony, of ourselves as, “A Garden”.

VASTU SHASTRA

Vastu – is the Hindi (one of the Indian languages) word for abode and Shastra means Knowledge. The words describe a systematic approach to building and design that helps us live in harmony with our environment.

To Inhabit a HOME

A “ Home” can be for you, a special place. For example, a small room or a tent in the desert. In India, like in may other Cultures, the Home is considered, a Sacred Space.
